Refund policy
At Judy and Me, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That's why we back every sale with a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your item, simply return it within 30 days of receipt.
Easy Return Process To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@judyandme.co. Please ensure that your item is in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your item.
Prompt and Fair Refunds Once we've received your return and inspected the item, we'll send you an email to let you know whether your return has been approved. If so, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues Should your item arrive defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us right away at info@judyandme.co so we can address and rectify the issue promptly. Full refunds are immediately given to those who purchase shipping insurance.
Shipping Insurance If the item is marked delivered by our carrier partners, the item is no longer considered "in transit" and will not cover theft from your mailbox, mailroom, porch, or doorstep.
Exceptions Please note that we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you're unsure about whether your item is returnable, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Exchanges To expedite exchanges, simply return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union Customers Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason. As with all returns, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For our valued customers located outside the US/EU: Due to the logistical complexities presented by our shipping partners, we are compelled to implement a 50% restocking fee. This is primarily to offset the higher costs involved in these regions
