  • Note: Weekends and holidays aren't counted in the processing time.

Shipping Rates

  • We're thrilled to offer you FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, no matter the order size.
  • We primarily use USPS as our shipping partner, however, for larger goods or specific situations, we may also use DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Expect your items within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Note: Estimated shipping times can vary due to destination, customs, and other factors beyond our control. If any product needs to be shipped from overseas, it could lead to a longer lead time (up to 15 days). Rest assured, we will keep you informed if this happens.

Global Shipping

  • We're excited to ship to most countries worldwide.
  • Note: Any customs duties, taxes, and additional import charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs, and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, get in touch with our customer support team at info@judyandme.co.
  • We'll guide you through the process of filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work towards a satisfying resolution.
  • Note: Judy and Me cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, but we will help in dealing with the carrier.
